Service Description

The Full Service package is for the couple who needs my assistance from the minute they get engaged. Everything from the design down to the vendors hired will be chosen with my assistance. I will attend every meeting, tasting, fitting, you name it and I will be there to assist. The goal with Full Service planning is to take as much stress as possible out of the planning process. This package includes: Complimentary consultation to discuss details of the wedding Access to my preferred vendor list Vendor negotiations and bookings Vendor management Venue scouting Timeline and checklist creation Developing and tracking the budget Design/Decor Assistance Contract review Unlimited calls/texts/emails Unlimited meetings and coordination time One meeting to discuss final details Collection of all personal items/decor to be used for ceremony/reception Final email with all vendors involved to insure everyone is aware of the timeline Rehearsal run through Supervision of all vendor set ups at ceremony and rehearsal space Acting as point of contact for all vendors Full day of coordination with 1+ assistant(s) for ceremony and reception Styling of all decor for ceremony and reception
